Here is a copper colored Tree of Life wind spinner. . It has a gentle motion with the lightest breeze. Moves into high speed with higher winds. There are two independent wheels of trees.

This spinner can take strong winds. We test these at our store. They are outside all summer long. I do not recommend keeping out over the winter months though. People come back for more because that are so well made.
*We recommend using a clear overspray (such as Rust-Oleum 2X) at least once a year for added protection against possible fading/discoloration
